Kauai Tai Chi Adventure
This year's retreat will take place on Kauai from April 17 to 26, 2012.  Learn and practice the ancient art of Tai Chi in one of the most beautiful islands in the world.  Kauai also known as the Garden Island, was the spiritual center of the ancient Hawaiian universe.  Come to paradise, practice in harmony with nature, harness the forces of wind, sea, earth and fire, cultivate your inner power, and rejuvenate your body mind, and spirit. 

Each day will include Tai Chi training that will cover:
    *    Elemental Chi Kung to cultivate the chi.
    *    Chi Kung exercises to circulate the energy and heal the joints and tendons.
    *    Standing postures for aligning the chi flow.
    *    Yang style Tai Chi Form and kinesthetic corrections.
    *    Intuitive Tai Chi.
    *    Partner Tai Chi.

Additional activities will include:
    *    Snorkeling and body surfing.
    *    Kayaking tropical rivers.
    *    Stand Up paddle lesson to practice your Tai Chi balancing skills!
    *    Boat cruise
    *    Visits to waterfalls, gardens, parks, and a bird sanctuary.
    *    One hour massage.
